Website visitors

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It collects standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We don't sell this information.

Links to tour operators and booking partners (such as Viator) take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies. Some links include tracking tags so partners know a visitor came from us.

Photos and events you send us

If you use our photo or event forms, we receive what you enter: your name, email, the details and any image you upload. We use your email only to contact you about your submission and never share or publish it. We publish photos only with the permission you give on the form, credited to the name you provide.

Our social media publishing tool

We use our own private tool, connected to Meta through an app, to schedule and publish posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that we own and manage, and to read those accounts' post statistics. The app is used only by our own team. It does not collect, store or use information about other Facebook or Instagram users, and it does not sell or share any data.

Deleting your data

To have a photo or event submission removed, or to ask what we hold about you, message us through our Facebook group or Facebook page. We'll delete it within 30 days. Our social media tool holds no data about you to delete.
